Verdict
2.5/5 — a double-edged sword. Stunning riverside campus along the Rivière des Mille Îles with many themed corners, yet weak heat, no professional Aufguss, wet swimsuits on wood, crowded peaks, and mediocre expensive snacks.

What works
Impressive variety of zones, steam rooms, cold plunges/waterfalls, and warm outdoor pools with nature views. Massage menu is broad. The site looks like a destination.
What breaks the spell
Saunas are not hot enough for experienced bathers despite Russian/Icelandic/Moroccan themes. Canadian textile culture: wet suits on wood, towels optional in practice. No guided Aufguss. Food feels plastic-cup basic and overpriced. Cleanliness struggles under crowds.

Who it's for
Summer pool-and-relax days if you are not a heat purist. Skip if you expect Finnish heat craft matching the name. Location: Rosemère / Chelsea-area river suburbs north of Montreal — activity is mostly the spa itself.
Deeper take: beautiful shell, weak heat
The river campus is architecturally strong: themed corners, steam, cold waterfalls, warm outdoor pools. Fine for summer pool days.
For sauna fans it breaks: cabins not hot enough, no pro Aufguss despite the Finnish name, wet textiles on wood, crowds, weak rule enforcement, pricey basic snacks. Broad massage menu. Visual destination, thermal disappointment.
